Harris Health has moved swiftly to condemn this important parkland, without demonstrating that it has conducted a rigorous analysis of all potential alternatives.

It simply states that other options are impossible, and that all flooding impacts will be mitigated, and that Ben Taub is “rapidly failing”, without providing evidence of neutral, expert studies of these and other issues.
